In a one-hour Skype/FaceTime consultation, I review and asses clients’ current nutrition and training regimens. Together we identify solutions to current challenges, and I teach clients how to establish their macronutrient goals as well as track their macronutrient intake. This is also a great resource for clients looking to create a healthier relationship with their diet and the foods that they enjoy, as we can discuss healthy approaches to curb hunger cravings and even identify healthy and delicious variations of some of their favorite foods. Additionally, this is an opportunity for clients to explore the questions they have pertaining to health and fitness, fat loss, hypertrophy, strength and conditioning, as well as various dieting trends and strategies.
