Upon filling out a short personal questionnaire which details your goals, health status, and equipment available to you, I will send you a completely customized 6-week training program. These programs are designed to address your individual needs and goals. At the fifth week mark, you will submit to me a progress update which evaluates your training performance and any physiological changes you have observed. After I have received this update from you and evaluated your progress, I will then send you the second half of the 12-week program.
